The villa is very well equipped, but if you have any special requirements we will do our best to accommodate needs.
- Master bedroom with 4-poster bed, en-suite Shower/WC and balcony with superb sea views.
- Further double and twin bedrooms with either balcony or sea/mountain views.
- First floor family bathroom & toilet and a downstairs WC
- All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes, hair dryers, linen and towels
- The large air conditioned lounge has TV & a DVD/CD stereo system
- The kitchen is also air conditioned and is extensively equipped with a built in electric oven and separate gas hob, microwave , fridges and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and iron/ironing board
- A separate air conditioned dining area seats 8
- A mobile phone is provided for the use of guests
- The terraced areas at the side of the villa overlooks the 10mtr x 5mtr private swimming pool with its large pool deck with sun beds, pool side towels and parasols. The pool has a shallow end of 0.70mtr and is 1.60mtr at the deep end, making it ideal for all ages and abilities
- The garden is planted with trees & shrubs. Enjoy some alfresco cooking and dining from the barbecue.
Note: The cost of the villa letting includes electricity and gas, but owing to the very high bills run up by guests making unnecessary use of the air conditioning, we have had to introduce a maximum electricity limit to the inclusive cost of the letting. This limit is more than adequate to enjoy your stay and have use of all the facilities including the air conditioning.
